This program is for someone who has bad credit for whatever reason. Could be Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Self Employed, whatever reason.  This program allows you to buy the home of your choice with 5% down + $1,750 for closing costs.  The interest rate will be 2.25% above whatever the mortgage rate is at the time of purchase.

You can buy any home that is on the market with 5% down.  We will purchase the home for you and carry the loan so that you will not have to qualify for the loan. You can choose the terms you desire whether it is Fixed Rate 30 year mortgage or Interest only fixed for 5 years before it can adjust.

The properties that are already on my web site you can purchase with a small down or rent to own. If you are limited to a small down payment these homes you can get into easily.
